Lambretta Clothing Co and Joni James Art License Agreement
Probably one of the most exciting professional connections I made during my calligram years was with the Lambretta Clothing Co. A licensing deal including 5 of my calligram designs printed on t-shirts sold in the UK and around the world for 2 years. At the time when the transaction was happening I was more concerned about being professional and seeming to know what I was doing, but in all honestly I had to have the production director explain to me what a license deal was all about. Now, looking back, and this tag being the only souvenier I own, it was a pretty sweet deal!
