Change Your View and Change Your Life

     Some things in life are black and white. True to form, non negotiable. But, many things in life have more to do with how its viewed in relation to our understanding and perception. Our view is inspired by the habitual thoughts we keep, our life experiences, and the things and people we allow to influence us. I have to keep reminding myself that my view is not the same as others and the opposite is true as well. If we keep this in mind every day, think of how much we can then allow each other to travel their own path, live out their own journey, with a little more compassion and much less judgement. 

     Half he fun of creating a new illustration, is using it in a collage. Mixed media on 6x6 canvas. This is the 7th collage in my little collection which I call Wall Tokens. Each one has some kind of thought or sentiment that rings close to my heart. My goal is to see them hanging on a wall someday for sale in a local shop where I live. A small self-care type shop which also has classes in sound healing, reiki, or massage. Something along those lines.
